Keyboard Classes
The best and most fun way to learn music!
This is our number one class! Keyboards are provided for each student. We also have keyboard, stands, and benches to purchase if interested.

What we are?
Group musicianship classes taught at keybaords.
What we are NOT?
Piano lessons!~ If you are looking for piano lessons, please consult with a private teacher in the area. Be prepared for one on one intensive time studying the art of piano performance. Keyboards For Kids classes are the perfect "pre-piano" class as we introduce concepts such as rhythm, note reading, steady beat, and appreciation for music and study.
Each lesson covers a variety of music fundamentals:
* Playing the keyboard
* Programming the keyboard for rhythms, sounds, and recording
* Music theory and notation both at the keyboard and on paper
* Music ear training and active listening skills
* Singing, and solfege training
* Improvisation (creating individual and unique melodies)
* Rhythm training using percussion instruments
* Music history and appreciation
* Movement games and activities
* Inquiry-based approach
* Most of all: It'S FUN & EXCITING to make music with school FRIENDS!

Dear Jocelyn,
Just wanted to say how much we are enjoying Val’s keyboarding! I love that he can play “Old McDonald” – it is great to see him practicing. I still have to keep reminding him about left hand, right hand, tucking the thumb – basically reading the directions ….he wants to just get right to it and play!
